"Overall great experience. I stayed in the family suite and it was super spacious. Staff were super helpful especially Mai Anh. Only issue was that I wish the facility was more air conditioned throughout the building including the breakfast buffet. However, I would stay here again!"

I visited to celebrate a birthday, but the day came and went without any special acknowledgment from the hotel—no small gesture like a slice of cake or a card, which was a bit disappointing.
