« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « It was a nice stay for two days two rooms. They did not have our room category at check in. Then there was a key glitch and one room was changed to another on a different floor. All of this defeated the purpose of reserving adjoining superior King rooms and then ending up in double queen rooms on different floors. However without my asking they comp one room free! I was very surprised and satisfied. I can understand issues and changes but the comp was appreciated.

« Sometimes it's the small things that make all the difference. We stopped here for a quick overnight and everything was exceptional. The small extra topping on the cake was the best coffee I've had at a hotel in a long time.

« Would stay at this hotel again. Room was modern and spacious. Nice big TV in room! Don’t agree with the 3.00 a night emergency services fee that they charge. Didn’t know about that until check in. Free breakfast was great! Loved the scrambled eggs with cheese in them. Variety breakfast items was nice too. »
