"There is nothing negative we have to say about Espen’s rental. The location was stunningly beautiful, the houseboat was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We wanted for nothing. The beds we comfortable and plentiful!! We cooked well and ate comfortably with a big group! Everything in the listing is accurate And as described. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!"

"Loved the property but after we left the host tried to scam us by saying we left the place without tidying up. He wanted 1000NOK/£70. I told him we videoed the entire place showing it was spotless before we left, and he quickly told us to not worry about the 1000NOK. The place was also advertised as a 3 bedroom house yet he failed to tell us that one of the bedrooms is his private bedroom and is not to be used! I would return to Finnsnes, but never to this place."

"Das Einchecken war in Ordnung. Der Zustand des Hauses lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Überall Risse und Beschädigungen, der Wind pfeift durch, Schimmel in der Dusche, beschädigte Elektronik, ziemlich schmutzig und unapettitlich. Der Ofen hat an der Wand einen gewaltigen Riss und es ist uns unverständlich, weshalb der Besitzer das nicht richten lässt. Es hat oft geregnet und es wäre schön gewesen, den Ofen zu benutzen. Wir waren zu Beginn entsetzt. Dann habe wir uns daran gewöhnt. Eine Tür liegt...

"Good and calm spot to see aurora lights, short travel time by car to Sortland, Andoya and further nice things. The house is really cosy, the view is incredible and the hosts are really friendly. We loved to stay there and they gave us Lego to play for my two years old child and a historical potty :-) and secured the stairs. Really family friendly. Thanks Karin an Jörg for you lovely accommodation."
