"This is a very good hotel checking in and out was perfect. Friendly staff , very clean and perfect location. The only thing is parts of the building that needs to be painted and fixed. Other than that a very good hotel to stay in Monterrey, very close to everything. "

"Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool stays open late until 10PM, so that was great! Town and non property restaurants are 10-15 minutes from the hotel. We only tried one restaurant and the food variety wasn’t great but they offer 20% discount for hotel guests and don’t forget to buy you PALOMA Bucks!!"

"The rooms were nice and comfy. The WiFi was perfect never an issue. Whatever issue we had, it go resolved right away. The only thing missing in the room is a small fridge. "
