« The property is beautiful and is right on the beach. The bed was average and very limited TV. If your vacation is to go on the beach and by the pool it is a perfect spot. They start playing really loud music around 1 pm at the pool area, but it isn't so bad on the beach.

" I was given a room with a broken window which they did change to another, however the experience was not forthcoming and welcoming. Lots of trouble to find taxi but good elevated rail just around the corner."
"Great hotel with lots of dinning options around. The staff were friendly and we were greated with an early check-in as our room was ready- this was very appreciated. The room was clean however the shower and the bathrrom had mold and would require a deep clean and the couch was very dirty and would either need to be deep cleaned or just replaced. We kept our car in the hotel outside parking lot just across the steet and there wes mountains of garbages like a garbage dump in the parking lot. This is not acceptable for an international standard hotel. It would require a half day of work with a truck to clean up. Also, just beside the hotel, there is a vacant lot with garbage hills that were visible from our hotel balcony which again could be an easy fix for the hotel to improve the view of the guests and the hotel reputation."
