"The service was exceptional from checking in to the concierge service. The staff was kind and attentive. Our room upgrade was nice, view wasn't the best, the room was nice and clean. The restaurant, bar, and coffee shop had good options. Overall we had a great experience. Location was perfect, we walked out and saw the London Eye and Westminster Bridge."

"This was a great hotel in all aspects. It's a cost effective hotel, with an awesome location as well. The rooms were clean and very spacious (us Americans love our big spaces! LOL) We had some issues with parking after we had already returned home, and the hotel costumer service, specifically the manager, was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again. "
