Horrible experience that we had so far. Not any responsible person at the front desk after evening. They just hanged a number behind the glass door for emergency call that I called them several times but no one took the phone. The room was so hot and smelling like mold is growing because of bad ventilation and moisture. I found some beetles in the last 2 days in the bathroom but no one took the phone to come over for cleaning. There is not any phone in the room to connect to front desk and you need to use your personal phone to reach out to them. The breakfast was supposed to start and 6:30 am but everyday start with delay and first day not serving either without any notice or heads-up email. The bathroom vanity plumbing was leaking and all around the bathroom floor was wet and smelled so bad.

Terrible hotel . Dont ever go there . The sheets had a big stain like someone used it to clean his shoes and were torn . Toilet not clean by arrival . Door bath room very dirty . Not seen any staff . Breakfast sign , but no breakfast . Smallest King size bed ever . Floor ready to be replaced .

The location of the hotel was excellent for my purposes of walking to the art museum and traveling very easily from the main train station by streetcar a few stops. The breakfast buffet was extensive and good. The room I stayed in had several spots in the carpet that needed a good cleaning and in the bathroom the wood or faux wood in front of the sink showed real signs of wear. The walls were thin and noise traveled easily. I am sensitive to down blankets and bedding and was given a handicap accessible room with a huge bathroom. I would recommend the room and hotel no problem, especially because I booked through Orbitz and got a great deal for airfare and hotel together.

The location of this hotel is easily accessible from the Bahnhof. We were able to find everything that we need around it. Pharmacy, supermarket, fitness center, etc. The Christmas market is so close also the shopping centers are near by. The room is so comfortable and clean. We have been there many times and we will definitely come back later!

Very small room/bathroom. The location was good,east short trip on the S bahn from the train station. Rooms have no phone or clock and my phone did not work in Germany, Earliest wake up is 7:00 when 1 st staff arrive. TV did not work

Nice sized rooms, and that's it. There's almost nothing in the rooms. For the cost, there are many nicer hotels around this neighborhood. There are two towels in the room and that's basically it. There's almost no staff in the hotel. The most barebones, pricey hotel I've been in.

I booked and paid for 2 adults and 1 11 year old child (2 double beds on the booking confirmation) but the room only had one double bed. Luckily the hotel managed to find a fold-up bed but still, that wasn’t what I booked and pay for.

Nice hotel, very clean and good sized rooms
Overall good hotel and good value, if I was visiting again I would stay here. Hotel is a little quirky, rooms are not directly from reception, but they are spacious and very well priced. On sie parking is a bonus but not included in the price. Breakfast was very good and I would recommend this hotel.

The Zi hotel fit our needs perfectly for a 7 night stay. We were a bit hesitant to stay because of the "Lounge" emphasis in the name and pictures (nothing against lounges), but the hotel turned out to be extremely quiet and the lounge is accessed through a separate entrance. Breakfast was excellent and beds were very comfortable. Location is located between the train station and main street/square with everything in walking distance. One slight caution is the shower's flat floor that can get a bit slippery.

Very nice stay, very comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Good breakfast, free wifi, helpful and friendly staff. Only, very minor, downsides are the stairs/lift area used to access the rooms which is much less aesthetically pleasing and the lack of food available in the hotels bar facility. However some very nice and reasonably prices restaurants like Pasta Pasta and Enchilada nearby.

close to the city center
the hotel location is very good. You can get to the city center in couple of minutes. If you are looking for a quiet place then ask for the rooms faced to the backyard. no refrigerator or phone available at rooms. But the rooms at Zi hotel are very clean and don't smell after smoke.

Amazing breakfast, modern decor, central location
We stayed here for three nights in late May. The hotel is very conveniently located, there's a tram station directly outside the front door which takes you to pretty much anywhere, or you can easily walk to the main shopping area and even the palace. The decor is modern, rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. I really liked that there was a kettle with free tea and coffee in the room, but my favourite thing about the hotel is probably the breakfast buffet - served in a room on the fourth floor, there's an amazing array of meats, cheeses, pickles, hot dishes (including scrambled & boiled eggs, baked beans and bacon), breads, cereals, juices, tea and coffee. It was also included in the rate so even more of a bonus. The service ends at 10am so if you fill up just before you probably won't even need lunch. However, there were a few things which could be improved - the main thing was there was no air conditioning, there was a fan which we pretty much kept on full the entire night, but I wouldn't want to stay here in the middle of summer... winter would be fine though. Also, there's no fridge in the room, and the shower is kind of left half open so water splashes out onto the bathroom floor easily. Otherwise, very happy with our stay.
