Nice room big comfortable bed, staff friendly and helpful provided a cot for us. Good breakfast, only downside was the walls were very thin and there was a very noisy family next door that kept us awake until midnight

Average hotel. Not enough car parking (can not park on street as previous reviewer said). Check in woman was not helpful. Please clean under the beds and chairs and sofas.

I thought it was a little over priced for the area but then it turns out that Baden Baden is very upscale. The parking is scary - your car will barely fit into a spot. Pull out your luggage and family before squeezing in. Breakast was wonderful, great selection.

This hotel is very nice clean quiet and in good walking distance to downtown. However parking is an issue since not many placea available.

I cannot recommend the hotel restaurant. My personal experience was quite poor. Your experience may be somewhat better. I waited an hour for my food, and I sort of believe the hotel was understaffed.

Very nice hotel. Great stuff and rich breakfast. The room was big and clean. The hotel located in a perfect spot to travel by walk,car or bus.

A lovely hotel. We stayed for four nights. Excellent breakfasts. Just a short and pleasant walk into the centre of Baden Baden. A little noisy in the evenings but certainly would not stop us returning.

Fabulous hotel . The staff were very helpful and extremely professional . Only 10 mins from the town centre with plenty of great places to eat . The hotel room was large and a lovely bed and bathroom with bath . It’s our second visit and will stay there again .

Great hotel
Great hotel. Stayed here many times. Interconnecting rooms were brilliant for our family. Car park is small but on street parking is fine. Had room service this time and whilst it's a very small menu the food was great. My 13 year old said it was perfect pizza!

Checkin was smooth but in advance We have requested a nice room, Since we were visiting the hotel for our 1st marriage anniversary, But they choose to give us room whose shower handle was not working and table light was not working. After we find out then we complain then their reply was , since it was weekend there is no staff to fix this problem and We asked to change the bulb , then they said housekeeping is not allowed to do so and they give a bulb to us change it my self , we tried but that was also not working . we complain 3-4 times and they said we get back to you , which they never call or try to fix, they just ignored.

Hotel is old as are the fixtures and fittings. Bathroom is terrible, shower is only available inside a bath which can be very dangerous for someone stepping into and out of. Water pressure makes you wonder if you will get wet or not. Bed not so comfortable, but okay. Breakfast was average. Elevators are very old, and only one was working. Would stay elsewhere if there was to be a next time.

Location is not quite central but is walkable with 10 -15 mins. Bus stop at end of road - takes you into centre and to railway station. My second stay here, nice room with balcony - worth the cost. Quiet location and has pool, sauna.
