I was not aware that you have to pay for parking when booking a room at the hotel and the cost for parking was very high relative to the room rate I had booked. Also, I was not told in advance that I have to request room service the next day of stay - but they got me fixed eventually. Finally, they could not check me in on arrival, which was half an hour past noon and I ended up driving around until after 3 pm to be able to get access to my room.

Nice, clean but expensive parking.
Room upgrade on arrival but the upgrade room was pleasant but very basic so wonder how basic our original booked room would have been? Staff were polite & helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods on offer. Parking was expensive €24 for one night but it was convenient having access to car without leaving building.

Great experience
Great experience. Arrived and was greeted warmly at front desk. Train stop just around the corner and a lovely supermarket on the corner for snacks or anything else you might need. A short walk to hop on the double decker bus for the hop on hop off city tour. Bar staff was super helpful and friendly. Nicole took great care of us and Michael went to the desk to get us a train map and schedule Get the breakfast option! It was amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel.
