"Property is very nice and in a wonderful location in Karfas and Margarita is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 2bd/1ba on the top floor. It was plenty roomy with a nice breeze, and the views were beautiful from all windows/patio. There are some beach toys for the kids to use, a nice shower to rinse of the salt and sand, and easy street parking a few steps away. Of the three locations we stayed while in Chios, this was the kids (6 & 8 yo) favorite."

We even had to check out early because of a mix-up (different situation) and she said the next time we visit breakfast is on the house! Place was very clean, host was very nice. Breakfast was not included but host gave us a welcoming cake when we arrived. Only problem that we've had was the view and noise.
