We called multiple times, and ended up calling the front desk to have them find someone. This was a bit frustrating. Other than that, due to the casino being a smoking casino, the hallways still smelled a bit smoky, as did our room, despite it being nonsmoking. "

"This property is located in a beautiful location at the Foothills of Camelback Mountain. I didn't realize it was pet friendly until I realized almost every other person had a pet. One of the dogs went to the bathroom in the lobby while we checking in. I heard the barking of a dog from my room. I prefer a non-pet friendly hotel"
