Room was very nice. Food and beer in the Tram Bar was a bit ordinary. Hotel charged us twice for the room which was finally sorted on check out. Parking is problematic and costs extra

Excellent central location close to everything Launceston has to offer. Outdated rooms - stayed 3 nights - got given a room with no bathtub and terrible bedding; moved to another room with an annoying noise so had to change to a third room. Overall customer service was ok and they tried their best to accommodate

Nice central location, parking available at an extra cost, very out dated room which was disappointing. Really weird that the toilet was placed on top of a mound so your legs dangle like a child. I asked to be moved to another room and get an upgrade but the woman told me all the rooms have the same toilet! Bed was really comfy, couldn’t get ironing board to stay open, shower had great pressure but it stung like needles as you can’t adjust the rose, it also flooded the entire bathroom floor and had a daggy curtain. No exhaust fan so the room was steamy and unpleasant smelling. The walls are paper thin and I could hear snoring all night and very noisy kids. I’ve had worse but I expected better for $500 for 3 nights.

We were only there for the night and arrived too late for use of the restaurant (9pm) and all other food places were also closed. it would have been handy to know that before we arrived. Also, would have been good if staff knew somewhere that was open to eat.....after much searching ( nearly every place was closed!) we found a place 2 min walk from hotel....Otherwise, stay was good. Clean & comfortable & affordable in middle of Launceston. Paid parking onsite $6 per night from 2pm-12pm. Very comfortable beds & pillows. Very quiet as in side street away from main road. Breakfast & meals available My only complaint was how thin the toilet paper & tissues were! Good basic option for city stay.

The bathroom was not clean .. there was hair in the shower and also on the floor Seemed to have black mould in shower Thick dust on skirting boards Supplies were minimal .. had to ask for sugar and was only given 4 packets each time .. was given extra when mentioning that there were 2 of us in the room and that4 packets were not enough for evening as well as morning (always had to collect from reception)

Paid for executive room. Was just a standard one. Nothing special about it. Stayed for 2 nights. Bathroom old. Not much space. Mould starting to show in grout. Bathroom was dirty. Have pics. Wasn't what I expected. Won't be staying again. Only good thing is location. Wasn't what we paid for. Dirty apparently executive room but was just a standard room Had to pay extra for parking per day and extra for buffet breakfast Thought for an 'executive room ' you would get those things Included.
