"Our room was huge, the balcony was definitely a plus and the views were incredible. So many restaurants around, so there's plenty to do. There's aircon which definitely helps with the heat, and it has a small kitchenette on the balcony. The wi-fi didn't always work in the room but it was fine around the reception area. "Staff friendliness, good breakfast option. Didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking in south america whereas I don't pay in most cities in usa. Also no coffee maker in the room or common areas. No microwave to heat water. These should be looked into as most customers frowned at that"
