I got message and phone call 30 mins before check in saying if I don't fill out check in form my booking would be cancelled. This really wasn't ideal as I was driving. After I did it I received so many text and emails to help with my stay. I was getting them from several different numbers. Then 3 hrs after checking out. 4...

"We had a great time at this rental house. But the cleaning crew didn’t not have the house as clean as it should have been. There was trash under the tables in the kitchen and living room and hair all over two of the bathrooms. But we brought our cleaning supplies and got it done. Over all it was a great location close to grocery stores and shopping centers. Definitely would book this home again."

"We stayed here while doing Universal Studios for several days. The house was clean with plenty of room for the two families that stayed here (with kids ages 8, 10, 11, and 12). The resort pool and activity area was a hit for our two "down" days away from Universal. The property manager was an excellent communicator who got back to us quickly whenever we had questions."

"The home is large and worked well for our friends. Host was awesome and responded quickly with questions, and property is as described. Recommendation: If you plan to cook for your large group, the kitchen had only basics in cook and bakeware. You'll need a cutting board, sheet pans, larger pots and skillets and any spices or oils as there were none, luckily there was a Walmart within 5 minutes."

"Talk about space, cleanliness and location. This property has it all. Only 10 to 15 minutes from the parks. This home is huge, able to host a large family. My entire family was very happy with the home specially the fact that each room had its own full bathroom. The theater room is awesome and the garage is full of entertainment. The pool is an added bonus. This property was very clean, easy to access and well equipped. The only issue, is the driveway, it can only fit 2 vehicles. The driveway...

"This is a great home for families. The home is spacious and the clubhouse great. The only negative would be it needs new carpet and mattresses and mattress covers. Also providing a bit more toilet paper would be nice and kitchen hand towels. Just small things. Overall really wonderful."
