A great location and friendly, helpful staff. The room was large, clean and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, with a huge choice of English or continental.

Really nice hotel in an ideal location for walking to many landmarks. Handy for public transport too. Staff are all very nice and helpful. Everywhere is clean and well presented. The breakfast is excellent and the dinning room beautifully presented with gleaming crockery and cutlery.

Had a lovely stay. The location is great for exploring the main sites of Berlin. The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The only negatives we had was that our king size bed was 2 single beds put together with one really firm mattress and one really soft one, neither of which were very comfortable. The room was also really warm but slept fine with the window open.

The staff were very helpful and even provided a free early check in. The location for walking and using public transport is ideal to get around a very big city. The location on the river was great, we had 2 fantastic meals in nearby restaurants

Check in not explained very good i.e. upgrade, little English spoken. Room was clean but not even free water. Staff friendly and breakfast excellent. We stayed here 5 years ago and it was excellent
