It sits in a beautiful small town called Belleview.IA with lots of parks and access to the river and tons of shops and diners just a short walk away. Although the staff is off site they are super friendly, honest and pretty knowledgeable about the area which is great for first time visitors. "Biggest issue was lack of elevator space. People were lined up on the 5th floor longer than 10 minutes to leave in the morning waiting for an elevator. If you decided to take the stairs you ended up outside and had to walk around the building."
