"Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy."

They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people...

There was a nice selection of restaurants, and the hotel grounds, pool areas and beach were beautiful and well maintained. "

"This property is gorgeous. There is an on-call shuttle, room service (only available at the main hotel, not the villas), shops, restaurants, bars, and three pools! Plus, beach access directly outside the villas. We had a nice balcony with chairs overlooking the ocean. The beds were super comfortable and we loved all the pillows. The room and the entire facility were clean. Our room even had a box fan available."
