Great value for money, clean and exceptionally friendly staff. Only downside is parking is first come first serve and if you arrive later in the evening like we did you will have to park on the street.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location if you want to be central to shops and restaurants. Beautifully kept with a very nice bat and restaurant

The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. After breakfast we mentioned in passing that we were going to look at the view from the Sky Lounge. We were welcomed to take a seat then offered and brought a pot of tea. The whole stay was a pleasure and we'll stay there again.

All in all we enjoyed our stay. Room was ok but the bed was too soft and both my wife and I had sore backs by the end of our three night stay, and the shower had very little water pressure which was disappointing as always look forward to a hotel shower (especially being a 4 star). Staff were very nice and accommodating! Hotel couldn’t be in a better location for wandering around Harrogate and very close to the bus/train station.

Hotel is right in the center of town convenient for restaurants, shopping and bars,. Parking is provided (if limited). Staff were amazing we had a great stay.

The only issue was the dirt on the windows which spoilt the view of Harrogate, everything else was pretty near perfect, will stay again and recommend.

Good hotel spoiled by a few small issues. Bedroom was warm and comfy but bathroom handle was loose. Breakfast was poor. Parking was good but not included in the room rate.

First time at this hotel, really good stay. Room comfortable with plenty of space in the suite option selected. Food excellent in the Pickled Sprout & the Skybar for breakfast with superb views over Harrogate & beyond.

Room could had more thought simple and cheap to do and needed . A shelf or something in the shower to put shampoo and shower gel as there was no dispenser. A hook on the back of the bathroom door for dressing gown or night ware . Otherwise over all facilities of Hotel excellent!

We had a lovely happy stay.food was lovey had evening meal also breakfast. Think the breakfast room could do with a nice new carpet also the hall leading to it .

Fabulous stay, with 1 minor problem
An excellent hotel. Great room and bar and a superb breakfast available. The only minor thing which wasn't 100% was the shower in the room. I was on the 5th floor, so possibly for that reason the water was very slow and took 5 or more minutes to get hot! Not the best shower but was ok

A very comfortable, smart hotel with friendly and efficient staff. it's in a fantastic position for Christmas shopping and for the station. The Christmas decorations are also very pretty this year. Excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately our room wa sat the rear of the hotel so had the glass bins being emptied at who knows what hour. But that's the only issue.

If you can't sleep, what's the point?
Good, compact single room, well heated with modern furnishings and shower room. Thumping bass all evening long from "a function" on an upper floor, then continual yelling and banging from adjoining rooms up to 3:30am. When I complained to reception in the morning there was no management available and I was simply referred a business card for 'the duty manager" demonstrating a real personal touch. A very good breakfast was served by the most charming and hard working young people but, overall, a very disappointing experience.

Very friendly reception. I had requested the possibility of a front facing view and was accommodated without any issues and the view was indeed excellent from the fourth floor. Bar and restaurant lovely decor especially with Xmas festiveness. Drinks reasonably priced and cocktails were good especially the Bloody Mary. Breakfast area on the fifth floor. A few niggles, bacon quite salty, sausages would be better as just quality pork breakfast type and prefer eggs fried freeform in a pan. Given that there were 3 staff on duty I would suggest a table service for hot beverages, cooked food and toast as customers were meandering back and forth through the tables with all sorts of hot plates, teapots and cups. This must be a bit of a scrap if dining area full. Simple adjustments would make a far easier breakfast service experience for both staff and customers in my opinion. Saying that I would definitely stay here a again as perfectly positioned, great ambience and lovely staff.

Stayed here a few times before it’s a lovely hotel, Christmas decorations were up so felt even cosier than usual! Rooms are decorated to a high standard with comfortable beds. Nice restaurant and bar on the premises. Good central location with access to all local amenities. Limited parking available outside but there’s a multi storey car park a few minutes away. Definitely be back when next visiting Harrogate. 😊

We liked its position perfectly situated for town centre , Hotel staff were efficient room we had was very spacious we got upgraded as we had trouble with stairs so put us where we could use a lift as i have recently had a bad leg accident so find stairs hard , The bathroom was very cold and the restaurant was very dark had trouble reading the menu could do with brighter lightening,
