There is a fairly decent snowfall and the parking lot was not plowed. Neither were the sidewalks and inside of my room. The grout was cracking on the shower walls, the alarm clock did not work inside of the room and there was two burnt lightbulbs and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work so if you took a shower, you got very steamy. And as well I called down to the front desk and no one would answer the phone to help with the issues that I had. But aside from that it was a good experience.
Everything was great
The only problem was shortage of towels

We have stayed here before and it was excellent. This time we were on the second floor. The room was uncontrollably and unbearably hot. We mentioned it to the front desk, but it did not change. The ice machine just outside Our room was out of service. However, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Other than fixing the air-conditioning!
Will try again in June and ask for a higher floor.
After a long 6 hour spontaneous road trip. We booked this hotel 30 mins before checking in realizing that I didnt have my creadit card for the deposit. So we couldn't stay there. No full or partial refund was issued. 400$ for 2 nights. We had to sleep in our car and then headback home. There are exceptions that could have definitely been made. The reviews on Google are BAD for a reason.
I had a amazing experience! It was clean, the staff were welcoming and modern.

I enjoyed my stay. I rested well. I appreciated the level of service. I was able to get around the city fairly well from the hotels location. I definitely plan on staying there every time I’m in the area. Thank you!

Pros: The lobby is beautiful. The concierge and dining staff are wonderful— pleasant and courteous. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Plenty of outlets/charging ports and lighting.
Cons: The rooms them-self need maintenance (the wood at the base of the bathroom door was broken/splintered into many pieces; large sections of paint on the balcony walls were completely chipped off; room vents looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.)
I’ve stayed here twice now. Would/will stay again in the future. Customer service goes a long way!
Great restaurants on site! The hotel it self is a little old and needs some upgrades. I got a really old room, so wasn’t the happiest, but very clean and quiet.
Room is nice and very clean and staff was very nice.

Arriving after dark, the parking lot is poorly lit and signage for parking could be better. Check in was friendly and quick. The room was nice but the mattress pad had a stain on it. Very comfy bed and quiet over night. Trucks backing up non stop after 7am was loud with beeping. $322 was a little steep for this average room.
Parking was included due to booking on expedia, however, you cannot park unless you enter the license plate on your room account because its gated. All other amenties were good.
