This top floor condo is newly remodeled!! This 550 sf 1 BR condo sleeps 7 is newly furnished.-- TRIPLE BUNKBEDS, queen bed and queen sleeper sofa!! Oh what a view!! See the boardwalk all lit at night. Take the elevator up to this top floor condo with a gorgeous beach and boardwalk view into this cute contemporary condo with a brand new leather sectional with a queen sleeper to sleep 2\. Kitchen has brand new cabinets and new stainless steel appliances and granite counters. All of your kitchen needs including pots and pans, dishes, coffee pot, keurig, waffle maker, crock pot, microwave. Bedroom has a brand new memory foam queen bed (sleeps 2) and TRIPLE bunk beds to sleep 3\. Brand new renovated bathroom is in the hallway. Wi-Fi and a 50 inch tv in the living room with Direct TV and an Xbox 360 and games to Keep the kids occupied after a day at the beach or pool. 32 inch in the bedroom. We provide 2 new 26 in cruiser bikes, 4 beach chairs and a beach cart and umbrella in our storage closet downstairs. Beach and boardwalk are steps away. No streets to cross! Spend Friday nights sipping a cocktail outside your door while watching the fireworks. Take a dip in our pool which also includes a baby pool. Grill your lunch or dinner in our barbq grills. Catch the warmth from the hot Sun on the 2nd floor Sun deck. Park for the week when you get to our building. Not only is the boardwalk within a few feet of our building, we have nearby ice cream, mini golf, convenience store, restaurants. Our location is prime. Coin operated laundry room on premises. We do not rent to kids under 25 or prom groups or any groups under 25\. Do not even ask. We do not provide linens or towels. The walk to the beach was quick and a nighttime adult walk on the boardwalk was enjoyed!! Wish the pool would have been open- but it was closed because it was October. It was a great experience. The owner Bernadette did a great job with the layout, furniture, and decor. My kids enjoyed the triple bunk so much they slept in a different level every night. It was very clean upon arrival and the owner even texted me to let me know if was ready earlier then expected. We love how close it is to the beach and boardwalk, it makes it easier with kids. The pool is an amazing bonus and nice way to break up the day. We look forward to booking with Bernadette again. ##### Kristin K. The owner proactively communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect! What a great get away! Perfect spot, beautifully decorated and super clean! Have stayed at different rentals for over 30 years at the Jersey Shore this was one of my family’s favorite. My family and I loved this property. The location is ideal, short walk to the beach and boardwalk and being located on the top floor provides the perfect view for Friday night fireworks. My daughter loved the bunk beds and the pool, my wife and I loved the available beach chairs and beach cart. The owner was fantastic to deal with and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.
