Pros- great location, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, close to restaurants/grocery stores. Beautiful/upgraded kitchen with great island seating perfect for family dinners. Living room space was great as well. Everything was very clean upon our arrival. Cons- The person working at the front desk of the rental office when picking up our keys upon check in was rude/seemed annoyed we were there. A few days into our stay, we found a key to the house just sitting in our mailbox which obviously was a security issue (but they didn’t seem too concerned about it). At times when messaging the realtor group, response time was not as fast as I would expect it to be (we were lucky we didn’t have any urgent issues).
