Everything was great! The regency building was well maintained and the pool was great! Right outside the building before the beach is a bunch of playground structures like a pirate ship, a train, a bunch of things for the kids to play on. The beach is so short compared to wildwood which was so much easier with the kids! about a 15 minute walk to the end of the boardwalk where there was another playground perfect for the kids. It was not clean , the blinds on the sliding door to the balcony were missing , the bathroom sink in the back bedroom didn't drain properly , the toilet in the front bathroom was loose and felt like it was going to fall over.The toilets were DIRTY!! We stayed there last year ,on the 7th floor and it was the complete opposite . The only reason we went down to the 3rd floor was because it had a second bathroom and was a little more up dated. We were also charged alot more money, as it was through a realtor and I went through VRBO . When asked about the extra fees they said VRBO charged them . We also noticed that there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher ,which we didn't use,as we brought down our own dishes and utensils. All I can say is it was a dirty dump! What a big dissapointment!! Looked better in the pictures ,than it was.Don't know if we will book through VRBO again . ##### Cindy R.
