"This is a basic three star hotel right in the centre of Exmouth, only a 4-5 min walk from town centre. Large grounds which are a bit run down but functional. "Always treated with respect and kindness when we stay here - The food is also delicious. Just be aware on Saturday they have a pool party - extremely loud music, open to all- but it did stop before 1700. Thank goodness. If you want peace and quiet on a Saturday- you will be disappointed."
