Hotel is in desperate need of an overall update, door handle fell off as we entered the room on the Friday and couldn’t be fixed while Monday after we left. They gave us the wrong front door key so we had to bang on the door to get someone up at 1 o’clock in the morning to let us in. Breakfast was very good, cereal toast full English.

Too noisy and hard to go sleeping
It’s very central located to go to sightseeing spots but it’s noisy when people working through the corridor and you can hear clearly what happened out of the window even it’s closed. I guess it’s not double grazing window and we were at first floor facing the road with busy traffic on car and pedestrians. Hard to go sleeping ….

Good hotel
Nice clean hotel at the heart of town, good spacious room on first floor overlooking the square at the end of mostyn rd, excellent breakfast, no parking at hotel but on street parking was close by.

The exterior & communal areas were very smart, having been recently re-decorated.We booked this hotel because their website stated that evening meals were available. Upon enquiring, we were advised that evening meals have not been available for at least 2 years.The website is 9years old & long overdue for an update. There was no welcome pack in the room, info on nearest Doctor, Dentist, Pharmacy etc was not available.. The room & bedding were fresh & clean, but the curtains had holes in them & some of the hooks / gliders were missing, causing gaps. Due to the lack of electrical outlets, extension leads were draped, unsecured, around the room. The bathroom was awful, loose shower screen, split silicone seal & the cheapest, nastiest toilet seat. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was extra at £12:50, so we went across the road to Premier Inn where unlimited breakfast was £9:99. No, I would never go back to Broadway hotel

Hotel was overall clean and comfy. Easy check in and location was perfect. I booked two rooms, one room did have a few stains and hairs on the bed and there was plug sockets hanging from the wall. Second room was great. One small downfall would be that we came back to hotel before 10pm and was going to have a drink but the bar was closed.

Great budget hotel close to the promenade and train station. I had not received a pre check-in email nor reply to my messages - which was stressful - so I had to call to set up a time. Room was big and nice enough, bathroom small but efficient. Old windows make for a cold room, but they do have extra blankets and electric heaters. Would stay again.

First time in Llandudno
Overall you get what you pay for, for a single room it was a good size and value for money. The downsides, dripping taps in bathroom, flashing light in bedroom. The noise from other guests when they shut their doors would wake the heaviest sleeper, this isn't all the hotels fault ( although a better way to lock doors would help), it's down to the ignorance of guests and not caring for others, not everyone wants to wake at 7,30 on holiday.
