The Space:

Set atop a hill in Truro overlooking Cape Cod Bay, welcome to Bay Bluff!



A walk up a flight of exterior stairs brings you to the home’’s entrance. Once inside, cook up a meal in the full kitchen and enjoy it in the cozy dining area. Watch a movie in the living room before heading to bed in one of two bedrooms in this sleeps 4 home. A set of twin beds in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other are the perfect places to count sheep after a day on the beach.



Boasting one of the most iconic views of the Cape, stare straight across Cape Cod Bay to the tip of Provincetown, with Pilgrim Monument clearly defined in the near distance. The breathtaking view is only one of the many perks of staying here. A private bayside beach is a short walk down a path at the edge of the property, while the shuttle to Provincetown center allows the opportunity to leave your vehicle parked at home for a carefree and car-less day.



Bay Bluff is one of five two-bedroom cottages available for rent at this property; other cottages include Sunset Bluff (12215), Wind Bluff (12216), Spring Bluff (12218) and Summer Bluff (12219).

We stayed in truro to commute daily into ptown. 12 minute ride, so perfect. When we arrived at the cottage it was immaculate. Del Mar was extremely attentive to the couple of minor issues we had.

Beautiful view of ocean

It was a beautiful view during the day and night. The stars were stunning. The place had everything we needed - pots and pans, etc. The only real issue we had was the wifi stopped working after a couple days, but we just watched TV at that point, and we didnt really need the wifi.

Little beach cottage in North Truro

Most everything was just great. However, the furnature was very uncomfortable. Next time we will look for a place that excepts pets. We would recommend you also do something about the wifi. It is very spotty. You cannot use it in the back of the house. The only place it works well is the deck. But we didn't spend much time online. Too much beachy fun to be had. Thank you.

Lovely cottage

I was delighted to see how clean the cottage was. It was accurately described and there were no surprises. The beds and sheets were comfortable. I was grateful for the air conditioning on some of the hot, humid days. The kitchen was uncluttered and efficient and had room for the things we brought. The only drawback for us was the proximity to 6A with the traffic noise that took away from the beautiful Cape Cod sounds. Over all we had a beautiful 2 weeks.

Nice spot!

Close proximity to Provincetown. Very clean inside and cute balcony. Walk to the beach was pleasant. Wifi was not the best, but that is our only complaint. Would stay again.

Great location and sunsets

Communication was easy and quick. The place was very clean, great location and had all the supplies to cook dinner, grill and a dishwasher. Very short walk to the beach and great views of the harbor and amazing sunsets! Will definitely return again. It was a hit with both the teens and adults!!
