This luxurious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 3,800-square-foot home is thoughtfully designed to harmonize seamlessly with the breathtaking natural surroundings and pays homage to the Outer Cape’s rich history of bold, forward-thinking architecture. Expansive windows frame panoramic ocean views, flooding every space with stunning coastal light, while high-end finishes throughout provide an unparalleled sense of comfort and serenity. Inside, the sprawling one floor layout offers both gathering spaces for memorable moments and quiet corners for reflection. The gourmet kitchen with large central island flows effortlessly into a spacious living and dining area—perfect for entertaining against the backdrop of ocean vistas. One side of the home features a guest wing with two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom and the other has a full bathroom next door in the hallway. Across the main living area, a hallway leads to the primary bedroom suite. This area is a true sanctuary in every sense, with commanding water views, king bed, sitting area with TV and lavish en-suite bath with a large wet room shower with soaking tub. Further down the hallway you will find the last two bedrooms plus a cozy den for additional gathering space. These two bedrooms each have a bunk bed setup with a queen bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. A full bathroom between the rooms completes the setup. Step outdoors from multiple points in the home to find your private beachfront experience. A large deck on the ocean side of the home features a dining table, open outdoor shower and two chaise loungers. A large decking clad courtyard with a gas grill centers the front of the home. Descend the stairs directly the pristine sands of your private beach and spend your days exploring the Outer Cape’s famously beautiful coastline. Take time to soak in the region’s storied artistic heritage, or stroll Provincetown’s vibrant streets, just minutes away. World-class dining, shopping, and cultural attractions are conveniently nearby, enhancing your stay. Here, in this remarkable home, modern luxury meets timeless coastal charm, offering an unforgettable vacation experience rooted in the beauty and spirit of Cape Cod.
