It was so soaked that we were forced to wear sandles the whole time inside. We called property manager ASAP and was told He would be over in 15 to 20 minutes. We waited for 45 minutes before calling him again to see where he was. He never answered our call or showed up to assess the situation. Our comforter had dog hair all over it, our sheets were put on sideways and we were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper for the whole trip. This room definitely needs some updating, its very dated.
