"We had a magical time staying at Ban Rai Tin Thai Ngarm Eco Lodge. This is a family run lodge surrounded by their beautiful garden and the mountains, a paradise away from the city. The hosts are the most hospitable people I have ever met, they made us feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts give advice and maps of the area to explore. My only regret is not staying longer, I never wanted to leave. If you are thinking about booking here, do it, you will not regret it!"

"Very helpful and polite staff. Laundry is very clean and convenient. The room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Some other guests complained about the noises but it didn’t bother me during my stay. I guess if you have an issue you can ask the staff as they are all helpful and welcoming . "The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, we received two bags full of juice and goodies as a welcome gift. We were allowed a late checkout and free transportation to the airport. The room was clean and had a kettle, 4 bottles of free water/day, coffee, tea, and sugar. The hotel is only a 10 min walk to night bazaar. It is close to a 7-11 and lots of restaurants and massage places. We would definitely recommend staying here. "
