This beach house makes for the perfect retreat for a family get-together or a group of friends planning for a relaxing vacation. There is a large King bedroom/bathroom downstairs, and then 4 bedrooms upstairs (3 Kings and Twins), all with ensuite bathrooms. There is a small 2nd floor balcony at the top of the stairs, for those of you keen to wake up early and watch the sunrise! There is also a private balcony off the Master Suite, allowing guests to enjoy morning coffee before an adventurous day or an evening cocktail to watch the sunset! The newly remodelled gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast for a large group of 12. Two ovens, a large stove, a wine fridge and a huge center island with bar stools, means everyone can comfortably gather and socialise, dicuss their day and prepare a delectable meal!
The private pool and outside area (enclosed with railings for your privacy and safety), allows for casual BBQ’s in the warm sunshine or cool moonlight, with a tranquil beach, private boat dock and hammocks to laze about on. There is ample picnic tables for outside dining, and numerous sunloungers for all to lay around the pool and soak up the sun! This property has many “toys” to play with such as kayaks (1) and paddleboards (4) to explore the cove, and if you are lucky enough you can paddle out at night to catch the amazing light show in the water produced by mother nature herself, the bioluminescence! The dock allows you the option to easily rent a boat for a few days or your whole stay! There are also bicycles (7) to explore the surrounding area, and we suggest heading over to Star Fish Point for a swim and snorkel and to watch the sunset!

Situated close by are Rum Point Beach and Kaibo Yacht Club, which offers some wonderful wining & dining options, from beach barbecues to famous mudslide cocktails to gourmet cuisine! You also have options for water-bound activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, jet- skiing, boating and trips to Stingray City. Just a quick drive out of the area (5-15 minutes) will lead you to some of the best restaurants the island has to offer as well as a corner store, a full grocery store and some amazing activities like the Crystal Caves. A rental car is recommended as this property is about 45 minutes from the Airport.
After a full day be sure to head back to Villa Bellagio in time to catch the sun’s finale as it sinks into the horizon of the Caribbean Sea. It is truly unforgettable!
