This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is perfect for families and traveling groups seeking a relaxing island retreat within driving distance to beachfront dining and watersport options in neighboring Cayman Kai. The home's upper level offers spectacular elevated views of the Caribbean Sea from the living areas to the expansive wraparound deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with inspiring sunrise views. The deck and a lower-level patio are furnished with outdoor dining tables for alfresco meals by the sea. A propane grill sits on the oceanside of the deck, perfect for surf-and-turf cookouts. Inside, the upper level's open-concept design includes a full kitchen with modern appliances plus a cozy living area furnished with a comfy sectional sofa and wall-mounted SmartTV.
