However, 1/2 way through our stay the AC in the second bedroom went out and there was a plumbing fiasco that caused us to have to clean the downstairs bathroom and laundry room. It was discovered that tree roots had grown up through one of the pipes and caused a backup out of the toilet. It was just unfortunate that on our last couple of days, we had to deal with the workers - when we should have been relaxing. The home is well constructed and designed and as described on the listing. ground floor and upper level balconies to look out at the sunrise and sunset over the bioluminescence bay. Very peaceful and serene and ample space to entertain if you so desire. Judy was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again. ##### Dominic g. Great launching off point for a day trip by charter boat to snorkeling, stingrays, etc. Be sure to rent bikes and a third kayak before you come if you have 4 people - really easy to do through emptysuitcases.com. Also stop at the grocery store along the way if staying more than a few nights and want to cook in. We'll be back! ##### Heather J.
