To fully embrace the serene ambiance of North Side, we suggest renting a car for convenient transportation, as public options may be limited. With George Town approximately 50 minutes away, having a car will grant you the freedom to explore the area's hidden treasures and embrace the picturesque beauty at your own leisurely pace.

Upon booking, you will receive a key code for the keyless entry system, allowing for a seamless and convenient self-check-in process at this exquisite property.   
  
While it may not be necessary for everyone, we recommend bringing sea shoes.  
  
If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.

#### Great stay with Rum Point Beach just 4 mins away.

Ocean Paradise property was beautiful. Pool nice and cool (in late March). Chairs and pool toys aplenty. Waves crashing in from ocean. Hammocks to nap in. Beach out front isn't a beach, beach...but if you bring water shoes you can walk out through rocks and sea grass and snorkel a couple shallow reefs. That said, Rum Point Beach is 4 mins drive away... is a true a beach, beach with great snorkeling off the right side and a swimming area to the left. Free parking and free beach chairs with umbrellas at RPB. RPB also has an on-site bar, restaurant, and water sports shop. Pairing those two together with nearby Starfish Point and we had a great balanced trip of pool time, snorkeling, and beach swimming/sunning. In my opinion, better than spending an insane amount on a Seven Mile beach all-inclusive. Tukka East End was the best food we had (truly a great meal). Would definitely come back.

We had a group of six that stayed at Ocean Paradise. We had a few minor maintenance issues, but Sean responded immediately and took care of it. The house was spotless and the Rum Point was quite and relaxing. Beautiful views.

#### Beautiful home and location

The house was perfect for our vacation of 3 couples, each bedroom had its own bathroom, house was very clean. Kitchen was stocked except for any spices, had a dishwasher with detergent , washing machine and dryer but no detergent (we always bring our own just in case). Location was amazing especially being close to Rum Point, Starfish beach, Kaibo, east end and many other areas were very convenient. Renting a car is a must. Only thing I would say the house was missing was beach chairs this was the first beach house we rented that didnt have chairs. It did have a large cooler and beach towels so it was fine but just a suggestion to maybe add into the house for future guests. We will definately return. One of the restaurants which is a must is Tukka, chef/owner is amazing , service was incredible.

#### Very comfortable house

Overall the house is very comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals. Can't say enough about the responsiveness of Sean and the housekeepers -- they were great!!! The biggest issue we had was with the mattresses -- very soft and in need of replacement. You can definitely tell the two upstairs bedrooms are the most used. The other challenge is that beach in front of the house isn't really good for swimming.

#### Exactly what the doctor ordered

The property is simple, clean, well stocked and comfortable. Our group consisted of 2 couples. We could have doubled the number of people and still been comfortable. The pool and grounds were well kept. Not a great beach for swimming but you could walk a little way and snorkel. The view was stunning. The property is somewhat close to Rum point. But it feels secluded. If you like to be in the middle of the action or within walking distance, this is not the place. But if you want to get away from it all, this is a dream. Renting a car should be a priority. There is so much beauty around the island! Public transportation is an option but from what we were told, is costly and can be time consuming. But check the driving situation before you book. You're not in Kansas anymore. I did have some trouble booking.100% my fault (technology is not a friend of mine). #### Enjoyable

It was beautiful inside and out. There were a few things we dealt with, but it did not ruin our vacation. Peaceful surroundings. A peace of heaven in a busy world. The one thing I wish that would happen is there was a clean up crew for the beach area. Lots of trash either thrown there or washed up from the ocean. Wasn’t pleasant to see.

#### Absolutely loved our stay! Will definitely rent the same home again!

We loved Ocean Paradise!! The house and the area were beautiful, well kept and clean. Sean responded to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. We had three couples stay in the house and there was plenty of room. We loved the large dining area inside and were pleased that there were plenty of chairs and a nice table outside, where we enjoyed early morning coffee and lazy afternoons! The 2 hammocks attached to the house were great. We used them often after barbecuing on the back porch ( grill provided). The pool was amazing and was always clean!! The beach area was rocky but we still enjoyed some great snorkeling and walks! Rum Point Beach and Starfish Point were right around the corner and we chartered a boat to go to Stingray City and Bioluminescent Bay! Several local restaurants were close by for a great breakfast overlooking the water or a nice dinner watching the sunset! Some small grocery type stores were close but I would suggest loading up at a Fosters before heading to the house. It only took us about 35 minutes or so to drive to the other end of the island where we spent time shopping by Seven Mile Beach and swimming with the turtles at the Cayman Turtle Center (definitely a must)! Such a glorious trip... can’t wait to go back!!

#### LUXURY!!!

This VRBO provided great space for 3 couples! This place was clean, comfortable, and had easy access to rum point beach! Kitchen space was large and provided large amounts of cooking supplies. Patio seating had great view of the ocean :) VRBO provider was easy to contact by phone/email.
