« Tres bon hotel bien placé »

« General manager and assistant manager failed to keep guests request. Then chastised guest due to a domestic issue and claimed to have called me and left a voicemail which I never received. Then went to confront me and continue to chastise me. Horrible experience, I do not recommend coming here. Fridge did not work most of the food was spoiled and lacked the bare minimum for necessities. »

« This hotel does not live up to the Marriott brand overall. While the room was generally clean, the carpets were old and stained. The common areas had litter and leftover containers left sitting on tables overnight, left by other guests . The pool area was littered with trash, which also remained overnight and well into the next day. The windows and showers in the pool area were filthy. The bathroom in the pool area was dilapidated and in disrepair. Pipes rusted, soap dispensers empty, tissue...

« Très bon séjour. Je reviendrai très fréquemment. D’habitude je reste dans un hôtel Fiwntiwn Chicago et loue une voiture mais cet hôtel me permet d’être à qqs minutes de la Sorority House de ma fille, à pieds, est très beau, à échelle humaine et le staff est fantastique! »

« I would have to say this is a perfect location to hang out for me since I lived in Chicago, Rogers Park and love the city. I stay here every visit because of the amenities, staff friendliness and the beach is directly down the block 60 secs and I am at my favorite place. The hotel has a nice rooftop and breakfast included. »

Les chambres sont suffisement grandes, recement refaites et tres propres. l'hotel n'offre pas beaucoup de services mais lorsque l'on voyage pour le travail, on ne recherche rien d'autre qu'un endroit propre, comfortable avec suffisement d'espace dans les chambre.
