"Valet parking, overall look and feel, jazz themed . From the moment I pulled up until I left, I was taken care of by the valet parking the deskman & bellhop. Staff was very attentive to my needs in regards to dining and coffee options & answered all my questions ECT . Very quiet inside the hotel. Walking distance to most all attractions in downtown. Very convenient. Most definitely will stay here in the future."

"Easy check in, and staff super friendly specially the front desk. In one occasion we were running a little late for breakfast and they were willing to hold for couple more minutes. Swimming pool was a plus for the kids. Clean place and shampoo and body wash included! I would definitely go back! "

"The care the staff show makes a difference. I was asked what brought us to town and I told them I was here celebrating my birthday. The receptionist excused herself and came back shortly saying that they would like to upgrade us to a suite for my birthday! That was such a nice thing to do, and they've earned a customer for life. "Staff was very welcoming and professional. Property is located on a main street close to shopping and eating. Plentiful parking available. Good choice for a short stay where you don’t need access to a swimming pool or outside patio area to relax.Nice to have an elevator to upper floors. Room is dated, very basic furnishings. Room is clean enough that I felt comfortable staying there, but I would not want to stay for an extended time. It doesn’t feel like it’s freshly clean. It was nice to...

"Over all a positive stay. Worked for a place to lay and grab some sleep. Place was fairly clean and room was stocked with necessities. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Staff were helpful. Allowed us to store bags for the day at the front desk, so we could watch a baseball game. The area around the motel was sketchy."

"Updated clean rooms. Kids loved the pool area and complimentary snacks in the evening. Breakfast was great! Pool could use some additional cleaning as the water was a little murky. Would definitely stay here again if headed to Old Town Sacramento. "
