"We really enjoy staying at the Grand Pacific. Very comfortable rooms, large tub, tasty food at the restaurant. Easy location for walking around downtown. "

"The hotel was easy to find and parking was really close. Staff were amazing and our room was clean and comfortable. Our room was above a busy street and two bars so a bit noisy at bar closing time and in the morning but staying with two teenagers who wanted to be downtown, it was the perfect place to be."

"Room in the Cannery was clean and spacious. Lovely balcony with partial view. Although nothing the hotel can do about it but it is directly under the Victoria Airport flight path so planes flying over at 5 am were annoying. Breakfast was disappointing."

"At first the room look clean but then we noticed there was dried ketchup? Or something all over the bottom bedskirt. We let the front desk know and they just draped fabric over it. That wasn’t what ruined the stay. It was waking up to a nail gun and construction going on outside our door in the hallway at 9 am?! No heads-up? Would have been nice to been warm or moved knowing that this was going to be happening? Staff must of known? Nothing offered to be taken off our bill when mentioned. Just sorry. I just think moving forward with other guests it could be handled better. "
