A two night stay. I enjoyed the quiet of the room and its outlook on to a green expanse and artificial lake. A bit of an oasis in the city. The quack of a duck or two in the morning was quite comforting. Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying - stands you in good stead for a long day. Ate at the restaurant one evening - very tasty food and good wine. Staff were helpful and friendly, without the "corporate' feel of some hotel chains.
There were conferences in full swing but they didn't intrude on my stay.

The check in was confusing, I didn't help myself by not reading the confirmation email by Expedia, which if I had I would have saved 15 minutes of mucking around. Once this was sorted, I was surprised by how spacious the apartment was. Nice launch downstairs and rooms upstairs. Pleasant stay, however it was brief.
Very slow at check-in but it was only one girl at the desk. The girl in the back could have gotten up and helped instead of giving me dirty looks. You share the kitchen and living room with others but have your own private and very clean bathroom. The campus is loud and busy and be ready for not getting much sleep but overall i would stay there since the price is right!
Very comfortable stay with all facilities. Good parking . Only problem was Ducted air cond which was very noisy
so one did not turn it on in case it upset other guests.Easy access to Epping Rd and Macquarie Hospital.
