We stayed here on a Saturday night. All the rooms on the property face “the main drag” between town and I-80, and there was a lot of loud muffler noise, largely from pickup trucks circulating between the two, which continued on until at least 11:00 pm. That said, we were still able to fall asleep and the staff service and cleanliness were up to snuff. Simple but a good value if you can handle the street noise.

The suites with kitchenette is not worth the extra price unless you bring your own kitchenware. Wasnt aware the hotel does not provide it. Gym is excellent. 3 washers worked but only 1 dryer. Laundromat is across the street in shopping plaza. Walmart, gas, shopping and food all relatively walking distance. Staff has excellent customer service. Coffee provided at front desk but no breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking lot needs some extra TLC due to trash.

Very nice room while stranded in a blizzard!
The room was very nice and reasonably priced. I was stranded in North Platte, NE because a blizzard closed all of the roads in my area, so even though I was only 30 miles from home I couldn’t get there and had to book a room. I was glad I did it through Hotels.com because the hotel filled up so fast I wouldn’t have gotten a room if I had waited until I got there, the whole lobby was full of people already trying to get in.

I have been saving up OneKeyCash points to take this trip. I selected this hotel online because it looked like the best deal. I requested a room without stairs, which is almost always granted. When I went to check-in, they told me that ground floor rooms had a $10 surcharge and could not be added to my OneKeyCash points. So that and the damage deposit went on my credit card. We found our room - about as far from the lobby and ice machine as you could get. When we opened the door to the room, the thermostat was set at 90. We left the door open for a while, but finally had to turn on the air conditioner (in December!) so we could sleep. The room was clean, but veery dated. The furniture was very worn. The final surprise came when we went to have breakfast - they discontinued it a couple of years ago, but the information has not been updated in the website. Between extra charge and not breakfast, we felt snookered.

We got what we needed and have no complaints: comfortable bed, cleanliness in every part of the room, not far from the freeway, quiet, walk-in shower. We were well-rested for continuing our trip in the morning.

The bathroom was dirty. The shower was rusted. The floors were dirty. The price was cheap. You get what you pay for. The front desk told me they don't change the sheets everyday. Nasty. There was bed bugs.

Beds were very comfortable! Bedding was clean but floors were not. There was a crunched chip and a nickel under the edge of the bed. Not a deal breaker but definitely an ick factor. Three pillows on each bed was strange but worked for us. Check in was easy. Everything was modern. I’d stay here again.

There were a couple of cobwebs where the ceiling and walls meet. The Hotel.com website said there was free breakfast, but there was none. The location was rather noisy.
