"The drain in the shower was clogged, shower pressure was not really good. Room was not the cleanest I’ve seen. The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. And so were the pillows. "

"Clean comfortable room. The room was a comfortable temperature and modern furnishings . The pool and hot tub were a decent temperatures and in working condition. The breakfast had a lot of selections however the pancake maker was not working. The only other slight issue for us was the bed firmness but some like a firm mattress so that is all personal preference. Will stay here again and recommend to friends. "

"No towels in the room. Trash still in the trash can. Too small for a handicapped room. Heater wouldn't shut off at all. (It got to 78° in the room before we went to bed). Wife couldn't get her wheelchair to the sink. Bed was on a platform. Every time wy wife got into bed, I had to go around to the other side and push it back on. "

"Great hotel! Very nice and clean inside. Our room was much larger than expected. Wonderful location off I-80. We were disappointed that the hotel was out of order as we chose a place for this amenity. Otherwise, good stay. "
