"This was a really beautiful property, the location to the beach was amazing! The grounds were stunning as well! The staff was friendly and very helpful! It was nice to have the option to check out boogie boards right at the hotel, or you can rent surfboards right there as well. Our transportation to our next location didn't come until 3 hours after check out and they allowed us keep our luggage in a secure location and even had showers available if we wanted! This was a beautiful property!"

"Loved the food, staff, pools and beaches. Only critique is this, the game room isn't up to your resorts standards. Get a decent pool table, a real ping pong table. A card table, a dart board and maybe some TV screens. "

"We loved the privacy and seclusion of the property. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was fine for about 2 nights, but if one stayed longer, it was limited. Some of the lounge chairs were looking a bit worn. We would have liked the pool to be accessible for evening swimming. The pool area was completely dark by 7 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sugar Beach Hotel."

"Beautiful vacation spot. Fun! Friendly staff. Nice grounds. Nice rooms. Concierge very helpful (24hrs). Room service any time of day or night. Snacks in room. Water bottles in room. My husband and I both got sick (food/water). They will say the water is filtered, but somehow we still got sick."

DO NOT listen to any of the reviews which are negative - clearly they are people who will never be happy. Resort is beautiful and very tastefully done. Plenty of poolside chairs and space. They have separate areas for children/families (with games and things for kids to do) and then the adult area which has bars and poolside service. The resort is a bit understaffed due...
