Great employees, good food, family pool is a little crowded and loud- suggest upgrading to the premier package for the adult only pool, if traveling without children.

We stayed for 6 days and every day was exceptional. The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Food was good, but it’s really the staff who make the experience top notch. The bartenders, the hosts, the servers, the lobby staff are all fantastic!

The Westin needs to keep kids away from the swim up bar, never room for the adults to sit down and have drinks. The phone in the room didn’t work half the time, had to unplug from the wall and plug back in to make a call to the front desk. The grounds were nice with lots of wildlife to see and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my first experience with all inclusive… Never, would I ever stay at this or any all-inclusive hotel again? My son and grandchildren were not allowed into the property unless I paid for a past daily, but they were busy and I could not buy a pass for them. Problem number one. Secondly, the meals are all inclusive, but I could not get a reservation at any of the restaurants for the entire four days I stayed on the property. We went out daily. The room service was good, but I did not want to travel that far and have all my meals in my room. ENOUGH SAID

It was great ! Staff was very helpful and always around when needed. The restaurants was so good ! I wish I could’ve gotten to go to the steakhouse and manglar but they were sold out. So highly recommend making reservations for those places early. Other than that I would go back !!
