Overall this was a nice place to stay. Some things that could be noted to fix/improve right off the bat, we stayed in unit 8: The shower isn’t sealed at the shower door so it will leak onto the floor and there bath mats do not soak up very well. Bathroom sink drains VERY slowly. The jetted tub does not “jet”, power button seemed stuck; also filled very slowly. There’s no area ventilation unless you open the windows or use the heater. Our unit was LITERALLY a studio which was fine for our veer short stay. Included a mini fridge microwave and a little keurig oh and tv. We were able to check in a couple hours early thank goodness but always call ahead to ask. The unit was VERY VERY clean upon arrival. Bed was comfortable. Although kept hearing knocks on the door throughout the night. Walls are thin, so you will hear your neighbors tv and mumbled conversations. Apart from everything else, the water pressure was great and water temperature was phenomenal too. Parking is tight, so if you’re driving something bigger than a small SUV street parking will be your friend. Walkable to the beach and downtown area. We would stay here again but in a different unit!

Very cute place. It’s more comfortable for 2 than 4, due to the single restroom. Great customer service. Responsive team. The only thing to look out for was the restroom sink that was backed up and water would not pass as quickly. Overall a great find and easy check in/out process.

This an older property but with some nice, seemly recent renovations. Expect some quirks but beds were newer and comfortable, bathroom fixtures and shower were modern, updated paint and curtains. Overall very cute and comfortable. Neighborhood is older but quiet. Perfect for our taste and style. Checkin was easy with a lockbox for the room key next to the door. Would definitely stay again.

The house looked clean and was newly renovated. We got the family cottage which was spacious and all the things you would need. Area was convenient, and parking wasn't that bad. The down side was ants in the kitchen and cabinets, it could be cleaned more. The cottage was also on the street that were not that quiet.

Ants on the counter and in the sink. IKEA furniture literally feel apart while sitting on it. TP roller fell off. Towel rack hanging on by a thread. The property is pretty cute and retro decor.

We loved that the property is so close to the beach and is also walkable to 'downtown.' It was very clean and warm. The living room as awesome with all the windows, fireplace and big TV. Having a full kitchen was great. Being able to check in and out without contact was nice. What could be improved: The kitchen could perhaps be stocked with a few essentials such as cooking oil, a few more spices, plastic wrap and foil. It was great to have the kitchen to cut down on restaurant costs, but in order to do any cooking you have to supply for yourself literally every single thing and that defeats the purpose of eating in as opposed to eating out. Plus it's a pain to travel with all that stuff. There was also no wine bottle opener! That shocked me and we had to make another trip to the store to buy one as we had brought corked bottles. Instead of a small Keurig, supply a full size coffee maker. We ran out of coffee super quick and refilling the water tank in the Keurig after each cup of coffee was a pain. There was no bathmat in the bathroom for getting out of the shower, so we had to use one of our towels or else the floor was slippery. The 'complaints' are fairly trivial, but having the things listed would have definitely made our stay perfect. Thank you!

Cute remodeled room, with whirlpool tub, teal colored Kerrigan, and very comfortable bed. It was a bit hot when I arrived, and I was Leary about leaving the windows open (since our area is not as safe), but it cooled down nicely with the fan, windows, and evening.

When I first got to the property the key box would not open. There were two other guests that could not get into their rooms as well. Had to wait and wait for someone to bring a key. When I opened the door to my room it had not been cleaned. The room was a mess. I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere, and management stated they do not offer refunds. Management place me in another room after an hour and half wait. On the positive side, the young lady working for management did her best within her bounds to accommodate me. Won't be staying here again.

I’m not one to ever write a review but I feel I have to. There was used bar soap in the shower, bathroom fan was so noisy. A musty smell when we walked in. There was no way to contact the office to have some of this resolved. For $197 US I was expecting better.I would not recommend this property.

It was very clean and the check in was easy!! But I ordered coffee, nobody brought it. The freezer wasn't working and my icecreme was melted, too bad!! I have to do the dishes by myself!!

There was a musty smell to the room. A lot of sound travels between the rooms. Doesnt feel very private. The furniture in the common area is very small and uncomfortable. However, nothing that would keep me from staying again. Fairly priced for the area.

We loved to walk out the door for a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. We were disappointed in the bathroom due to taking a shower and it leaked out over half of the bathroom floor was a soaking mess. We used 3 of the bath towels to clean up the mess . We noticed the baseboard on the bathroom had water damage possibly from this happening every time the shower was used

The "little cottage" was great! Lots of room, cozy fireplace for the cool evenings & the kitchenette was so handy! Everything nice & clean. An easy walk to town. It was enjoyable & would love to go back & stay longer!!😄

Was a set of contact lenses dried onto both bedside tables. The lady working that evening was super responsive and came and wiped them down right away. Tv didn’t work and later that evening found a bunch of long dark hair on the floor (I’m blonde). No screens on any of the windows so had some flies in the room as I opened them to cool it down. For the price I expected better. Wouldn’t stay here again

This is a great little place! Staying in the K cottage and it's very open, lots of space to settle in. Close to the beach and the mall, as well as the prom.
