This renovated unit is located in a stunning resort with an amazing salt water pool for you and the entire crew to enjoy seasonally. Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat. Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking spots. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot. Entry: Secured parking entry. Complex elevator available! Self check-in with keypad. Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities. Coffee maker. Living Area: Plenty of seating. TV. Access to balcony. Bedroom 1: King bed. Spacious. TV. Balcony Access. Bedroom 2: Two double beds. TV. The villa was clean and presentable as advertised. Stephen was amazing from start to finish. He communicated information in a timely manner, offered eating recommendations, and answered questions quickly. We didn't get a chance to visit the pool as it rained during our last day, but the view of it and of the marina were beautiful. My mom, sister, and I all had enough space to not be on top of one another via the nicely sized bedrooms and bathrooms.
