New Summer Discounts!!! Palmetto Dream has 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, sleeps 20 Approximately 4000 sq. ft! Welcome to Palmetto Dream our newest vacation rental property with 8 bedrooms. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen (2 fridges), dining, and living area. The kitchen has new utensils, new glasses, new towels oven mitts. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch Sony TV's and blue ray DVD players and cable boxes with a DVR. There's HS internet. All the bedrooms have wood flooring and the other area's have tile! There is a master on the first floor with a balcony facing the Ocean it has a spa tub and separate shower. The other bedroom down has a king bed and another full bath. There are 4 king bedrooms upstairs with 3 of the balconies facing the ocean! The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 bunk beds in each room (sleeps 4 in each room). There are tv's and dvd players in all bedrooms. There is a new full size LG front loading washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and chairs and any baby items that are needed: a crib, high chair, packnplays, stroller, etc.There is an outdoor grilling area. There is a nice pool and hot tub! You will love the Villa! There are only 12 units in the building We have a couple who takes care of the villa. We do not use a cleaning or linen service. We use the same linens that we use in our personal home. The couple who clean them do an excellent job. We try to provide you with items that will make your vacation easier so when you arrive you can relax, go to the beach or whatever you choose to do. We have lots of baby items for your use such as: a full size crib, 2 packnplays, a high chair, booster seats, baby swing, exersaucer, stroller, etc... If you need something for a baby that is not there please let us know, we have 6 grandchildren that are very young so we totally understand. We also provide beach chairs and towels. We have 8 chairs and 12 beach towels for your use. We do not provide beach umbrellas. You would need to bring your own. Tents are no longer allowed on the beach. We put a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and put out a roll or paper towels as well as trash bags so you will have some to use until you have time to buy more. We do provide hand soap in each bathroom as well as dish soap. There are usually coffee filters, some spices, that we leave for your use. There are 2 refrigerators in each villa as well as 2 coffee makers, 2 blenders, lots of dishes and silverware, a pancake griddle, a waffle maker, lots of cooking items, and utensils. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have hd tv's as well as hd cable boxes in each living area one of them is a dvr for recording shows. There is wifi which has a secure line so the password is given to you before you arrive. There are books and dvd's for you use as well as games. My husband and I are looking forward to making your Palmetto Dream stay a reality. If there is an issue, we are here to take care of it right away. We strive to make your vacation experience as relaxing and carefree as possible. Parking: We will provide 4 parking passes. this is the maximum number we are allowed by the HOA. The kitchen was huge (with a bonus second refrigerator) and well stocked. Having 6 king size beds was perfect. Everything was just as listed. The second floor family room was great for the teenagers to have their own space. Plenty of supplies for the baby. Cribs, stiller and high chairs. Fully loaded kitchen. After inspection, everything was legitimate. Lindsay was quick to respond too our messages and questions/ concerns. One block from the beach, right down the street from everything. Kitchen stocked with emerging you need. Beach chairs, towels, you name it, its there. For 13 people, we had More Than Enough space, beds, bathrooms. Close enough to the action bur far enough to have a peaceful night sleep. Thank you for providing your home to us to make our vacation a success! ##### Jenea D. We loved our stay in this spacious villa! We traveled with 12 adults and it was great for every couple to have their own room! The rooms are spacious and we loved the king beds! The second entertaining living area gave the adult kids a place to game while we could enjoy a movie. The proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. Having two refrigerators for our large family was a must! The beach chairs, beach towels and wagons were so thoughtful and helpful! The best part was that we got to bring our fur babies, who always travel with us! We have found our “go-to” place! The host was very prompt with all responses! We highly recommend! Owner was very responsive despite being in Europe!Plenty of beds. Great location and easy to check in and out of. I hope to rent this property again next year!We had a couple of minor issues which the owner resolved promptly. Specifically we couldn't find the trash can which was replaced quickly. The other issue I reported was a lack of toilet tissue and it turns out we just didn't look hard enough! We are a group of 60 year old fraternity brothers hoping to tell lies and golf. This house was perfect for thatGreat communication from owner. Only thing I would change would be for them to supply shampoo and maybe a renters guide so we could have found some items easier.This is exactly what you think it is. Spacious condo with everything you need for the beach from beach toys, floats, chairs and beach buggies/wagons. This place has it all. The host was extremely easy to contact and very quick with responses. If your must have is a pool. I will say the pool is small not heated and hardly gets sun small deck and the location is basically in the parking garage. Assuming the HOA is responsible for pool maintenance it definitely needed a cleaning as well as the hot tub. Other than that everyone was friendly and very welcoming. We met a few locals in this area and multiple returning quests from this area. It’s a nice relaxing beach not overly crowded. We had 4 adults that couldn't walk up steps so the elevator and 2 bedrooms on the first floor were very much needed. We took advantage of the "porch" area in front of our condo. It was a great gathering place in the afternoon for talking and goofing off. We made use of the kitchen, as we did not eat out a single night. The large square table was excellent, as it could be converter to a smaller table for playing cards. And it was nice to sit down to dinner and have a conversation. Long tables limit you to the people right around you. We enjoyed every aspect of the condo. Lots of space to sit and chat. We are seriously thinking of doing this again next year! This is a great condo, the host communicated well and all our needs and expectations were met. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your home! ##### Donna S.
