Enjoy your day in the sun or sit and relax on your screened porch next to the pond with golf course view's beyond. \*NO ENCLOSED OR OPEN CARGO TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, SCOOTERS, MOPEDS OR GOLF CARTS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY-VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AND OWNER FINED BY H.O.A.\*This cozy one bedroom condo has a full size bed and in the livingroom you will find a sofa with a pull-out bed. The sofa bed has a brand new, queen size memory foam mattress. Both mattresses in the condo are covered with a waterproof liner so that those with small children can get a good night's sleep without worry of "bedtime accidents". There is also a foldable crib that can be provided upon request. The bathroom has been recently updated with a new vanity and high rise toilet, a combination shower/tub with adorable beachy beadboard wainscoting accents. In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine/ dryer combo available for use. The kitchen features granite counters with a pantry, stove/oven combo, microwave, full size refrigerator, dish washer, keurig coffee machine, toaster/oven combo, a breakfast bar and is open to the living area and screened porch beyond. This clean one bedroom, one bath condo can be the perfect beach vacation for both small families looking to enjoy an action packed beach trip or for couple's looking for that romantic get-a-way where you can spend your time on the beach watching beautiful sunrises in the morning, your toes in the sand during the day and your evenings watching the breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. It is conveniently located to grocery stores, restuarants, shopping and many entertainment attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, The Alabama Theater, Carolina Opry, the Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, Market Commons, over 90 different golf courses, the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex, Top Golf, the Skywheel, the boardwalk in Myrtle Beach, Brookgreen Gardens, the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk and many many more. Within just an hour or less drive you also reach other popular areas and beaches such as Downtown Wilmington, Bald Head Island, the Fort Fisher's Aquarium, Southport, Holdens Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, Calabash, Murrells Inlet, Pawley's Island and Georgetown. I read all the reviews before booking and this condo exceeded my expectations and I was expecting a beautiful place. The turtles in the pond are the cutest, the screened in porch makes you feel so secluded especially at night. Everything was stocked..cleaning supplies, dishes in the kitchen, beach towels and a closet with beach chairs and pool float. It was completely like its description and even exceeded our expectations when we arrived! The decor inside the condo is absolutely awesome-vacationy and very inviting. Both the bed and the pull out in the living room are very comfortable, and the screened in porch offers a lovely view of the lake without the pesky lake bugs! The bedroom space is a little tight. There won’t be a whole lot of space to spread out physically, but there are drawers and closet space to store your things. The condo is very convenient to all places North Myrtle Beach, including a five minute drive to the Walmart and a few block walk to the beach which was most important to me. The condo grounds are upkept very well and I did not take advantage of the pool, but it looked inviting. The owners of this place are awesome, so nice and accommodating!! What impressed me most was all that they provide for your comfort, -from beach towels and chairs, to ziploc bags, pots/pans, every kitchen utensil you could need and shower gels, shampoo, cleaners, laundry detergent, everything! Even board card games for you to play!! And they put up helpful hints and reminders along with a binder of all things that you need to know about the condo. When I contacted them with a sliding glass door problem, they responded quickly and very courteously. If I am ever in the area again, I will seek this listing out in a heartbeat!! ##### Chantel F. The unit was as described in the ad, & the owners have thought of every detail to assure the stay is comfortable & very enjoyable! We loved the screened-in porch area! Has all the kitchen utensils you would need. Check was super easy. Owners were GREAT!! I was there when the FAA grounded flights for a few hours. I contacted the owners an hour before check out asking if I could extend for a few hours. They were quick to respond and very accommodating which was greatly appreciated.
