Guests will have access to the entirety of the Home. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues that arise during the stay. We try to have great communication with all of our Guests.  
  
No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.   
  
Parking is located in the front of the home for 3 cars. Additional vehicles will have to be parked at our overflow lot about 3 miles away.   
  
Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.   
  
A code will be provided at the time of check-in for the smart lock.  
  
We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!  
  
A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach!  
  
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49\. Damage waiver purchases are optional.  
  
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.  
  
The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo.  
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:
