The trash was left from previous occupants to the point were maggots were everywhere. Again the PM called someone to empty the trash but no one came to clean (they should improve on their cleaning and trash removal service all together) Sooooooooo after that was resolved we enjoyed the house the features and the pool with no problem.. I believe the PM and or the owner needs to visit house to fix and upgrade the wear and tare of the house But overall great visit and nice house Tee ##### Turrayar P. Beautiful home in excellent location. 3 minute walk to beach. A short car ride or golf cart ride (not included) to all kids of stores and restaurants. Food Lion a 3 minute car ride. Very convienient! Pool is not huge but was perfect for our family of 7 who were there.. Second day there the pool was dirty and had some alge from a big storm. I called the manager and sometime out to clean the pool within hours and also checked back two more times during our 7 day stay to keep it clean. a couple of small cons. Bring plenty of you own towels We went through the ones provided almost daily. Also, such a beautiful home and patio should have a nicer grill. The one there functioned but showed its age, was not clean when we arrived. and we enjoy grilling on vacation. That said, this is not a deal breaker and look forward to booking this house again for next year. ##### eric e.
