Not at this time. The beach, pools, and water amenities are open! Area restaurants are open for indoor seating, outdoor seating, delivery, and take-out. \* Are there any hidden fees? Absolutely not. There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. We can connect you with local partners to rent beach chairs/umbrella/beach towel/baby furniture rentals, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information. \* Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an extra cost? Heck no! Bath towels and linens are included, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items. \* Is parking included? Yes, parking is free for two cars. You will receive two parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. \* Are there pool armbands? MAYBE - Pool armbands are only required during peak season. During this time, you should receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be provided with enough. We receive limited numbers of pool bands and then we have to purchase them. Please return them to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge. \* Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry? No, you are on vacation! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. \* Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony? NO. Smoking is strictly forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost. \* Are there pots/pans/dishes? Yes, the kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating. \* Do you provide food, condiments, coffee filters, etc.? No, this is a self-catering unit, and you will need to provide all food. \* What water amenities are included? Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs). Guests do NOT have access to the Towne Center at the resort. We drove from Ohio to SC, long drive! Arrived at the resort around 9pm, the staff was so helpful! The room was just as the pictures! Since this was a budget trip, we grocery shopped and ate our meals in, and the kitchenette was perfect! Expect 1 dinner we ate at a Seafood Buffet. (worth the price). We spent a lot of time on the beautiful balcony because we had some overcast/rainy parts of the 1st 2 days, we even watched a storm out over the ocean. It was so beautiful to see. The pools are amazing!! Our last day at the beach we picked our spot at the pool for the day and did nothing but relax by and in the pools. The host was so patient with me and all my questions, they were amazing. Check in & out is a breeze! Will definitely recommend this stunning corner unit! ##### Terri A. The view from our room was spectacular. This unit is a corner unit on the 14th floor. We could see up and down the entire beach. We were even eye to eye with the pelicans flying by. The air conditioning was perfect. The elevators have been updated and were fast. The building is older, but typical for this area. The pools were cleaned daily. The unit needs a new couch and the management company is aware. The kitchenette was lovely. You won’t be sorry if you book this unit. I later found very similar properties which were at least 100 less for two nights. We stayed in mid February. This unit is in need of some tinder loving care. Mostly in the bathroom. Bathroom will not lock nor even close. Toilet must be held down at 15 seconds to flush. Bathroom ceiling needs to be replaced and don’t think about taking two normal showers without waiting 45 minutes unless you want a cold shower. Bare essentials throughout. Bear in mind the unit is bi level. Also, watch for fees after booking. I can say about advertising on this property that is true is that the view is outstanding. Also we did get the door code 30 minutes early and having an ice maker was nice. We have stayed in 50 states and have never broken or hurt anything. ##### Norma I. The location was perfect for shopping, eating, beach, pools really everything. The condo was nice and clean and had the basic amenities you would need while on vacation. Any communications I needed with our host were fantastic and addressed quickly. Because of being in a beach town there was obvious signs of a “well loved” condo but that’s to be expected when so many ppl are in and out in an ocean front condo. Speaking of ocean front the views were perfect (there was some construction to our left but that’s no fault of the hosts). ##### Joel and Brandi R.
