Welcome to R+R Beach Club! This may be a new listing, but we have been hosting guests for a couple of years! Just with a new management company.  
  
  
  
Our sunny studio at Palm Court Motel, located just steps from the serene shores of Windy Hill Beach in North Myrtle Beach. This recently renovated and refurnished studio is perfect for up to 2 guests, featuring a comfortable king bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker with starter coffee, and microwave.  
  
  
  
The Space:  
  
This 2nd floor studio, Unit #12, is located in a charming boutique-style motel! This inviting space combines comfort and convenience, just steps away from the beach.  
  
  
  
ENTRY: Enjoy easy access with ONE designated parking spot and a secure lock code entry. Please note that large vehicles cannot be accommodated, and we are unable to provide additional parking spaces. Trailers are not permitted, and motorcycles are limited to two per assigned parking spot. Please help maintain a restful atmosphere for all guests by being considerate of your neighbors.  
  
  
  
SLEEPING AREA: The unit accommodates up to 2 guests with 1 cozy KING bed, supplied with fresh linens. You’ll also find a luggage rack, iron & ironing board, and wardrobe with a hanging rod and storage shelf for your convenience.  
  
  
  
BATHROOM: The private bathroom features a modern walk-in shower, bath towels, sample toiletries, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. (Note: Each guest is provided one set of bath towels; Beach towels are provided for use during your stay).

This area is known for its serene beaches, ideal for sunbathing and leisurely walks. Just a short drive away is Barefoot Landing, a popular destination featuring a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The south end provides a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, making it an appealing choice for visitors seeking a peaceful beach retreat with nearby amenities.  
  
  
  
Getting Around:  
  
While there are plenty of food, bars, and shopping options within walking distance, we recommend having a vehicle to explore everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer. There’s also a local bus service, Coast RTA, Visit \*\*CoastRTA\*\* for routes and schedules.

🐾 Pet Policy  
  
We’re happy to host well-behaved pets! A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies per stay. Please clean up after your pet and keep them crated or kenneled if left alone. Pets aren’t allowed on beds or furniture, and please don’t use our towels or linens for them. Extra cleaning fees will apply if we find evidence of pets on furniture or bedding. Undisclosed pets will result in a minimum $250 charge.  
  
  
  
🚗 Parking Info  
  
Please note: we can’t accommodate oversized vehicles, trailers, or more than two motorcycles per parking space. Additional parking passes are not available. Only park in designated areas—no parking on neighboring lawns, swells, or driveways. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Guests are responsible for any tickets or fines.

All of our properties are smoke-free. Smoking inside will result in immediate eviction and a minimum $500 cleaning fee. If smoking is allowed outside, please do so away from the building and dispose of all materials properly. Extra cleaning charges apply if not followed.
