Look no further! Relax and enjoy the beach in our newly painted spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom direct oceanfront condominium in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. As much as we love pets, the HOA does not allow guests to bring them. Our Nautical Watch condo is located on the third floor of a three-story complex with adequate onsite parking for your convenience. There is no elevator but it is not a difficult walk up since the first floor is ground level. Our spacious condo has two levels offering more privacy and great views from the large upper sundeck and the lower covered direct oceanfront balconies. There is a great flow throughout the well-decorated, newly painted condo. From the entry hall, you enter the fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in bar, tiled floor, deep pantry, and more. The oceanfront living room has a 50" TV/DVD, a queen sleeper sofa, and a Lay Z boy rocker/recliner against a 9' mirrored wall for extra ocean views. The sliding glass door leads to a 24' oceanfront balcony with two rocking chairs, a dining table, and a swing for a relaxing meal and fun. Downstairs sleeping offers an oceanfront bedroom with a sliding glass door to the balcony. It has a Tommy Bahama King bed with a pillowtop mattress. This light airy tropical bedroom has a large lighted closet and full-sized bathroom just outside the door down the hallway. There is also a large bedroom with twin beds and a private full-sized bath. This room has a nautical theme and Ralph Lauren bedding. Flatscreen tvs/dvd in each bedroom. For your convenience, there is a full-size HE stackable washer/dryer in the condo hallway. The spiral staircase takes you up to a new level of beach enjoyment. This large area has two sliding glass doors to a 24' sundeck for spectacular views of the beach as well as a great place to sunbathe or view the night sky while enjoying your favorite beverage. There is no better view anywhere at the beach! The upstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large private bath. There is also a sitting/play area with 48" tv/dvd, games, and a comfy wicker chaise lounge for reading and relaxing. Minutes away for more fun at the beach, there is Barefoot Landing and Restaurant Row, which offers unique shopping and numerous dining opportunities. There are many other attractions close by such as hundreds of golf courses, House of Blues, Tanger Outlet, Myrtle Beach Mall with Bass Pro Shop, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, Palace Theater, and Broadway at the Beach, and Super Wal-Mart. In walking distance of the condo, there are several quaint pubs, McDonald's, Nacho Hippo, Hamburger Joe's on the marsh, and a public park for picnicking and playing. There is an outdoor pool with a raised sundeck on either side with lots of lounge chairs for sunning. We rent to adults over 25 and families. All carpet has been removed, and new vinyl plank flooring has been installed upstairs. Comfortable mattresses, lovely bedding, and window treatments with a pleasing tropical theme are also available. A relaxing escape awaits you in North Myrtle Beach. With its 9 miles of serene beaches, recreation along the Intracoastal Waterway, world-class golfing, fresh seafood, shopping, and family-friendly attractions, North Myrtle Beach offers opportunities to reconnect with yourself and your loved ones. Get Out On The Water North Myrtle Beach offers wide, quiet beaches that are popular with beachcombers. Our coastline is known for an abundance of seashells and proximity to dining and attractions. The upstairs was spacious and had a patio to go out on. Downstairs was a patio that had a swing on it to have your morning coffee. The owner was easy to reach to ask questions if needed. The beds were very comfortable and many staples were provided: coffee, filters, sugar, foil, etc. Owner very responsive. The only complaints were the poor wifi reception and I felt that the place would benefit from a thorough cleaning. Otherwise, I would recommend this condo. ##### Sandra L. The host was wondeful with her communication. The new furniture at the pool was very nice this year as well as the updated outdoor shower and foot wash. Unfortunately, I can not leave a 5 star review due to the cleanliness of the property. VERY DIRTY! Our kids walked around the condo in white socks and they were so brown afterwards, the stairs had an inch of hair and were black from all the dirt, extra pillows were stained yellow and were in deplorable condition, the bed comforters were NOT washed from the previous guests, so we did not have blankets for the week. We even found a bag of used condoms in the bedroom with two twin beds. I could understand if there were a few things that needed touched up, but for the price of this condo I do expect to feel comfortable and we absolutely did not. ##### Jennalee C. This unit is in a great location - right on the water and very close to nearby shops and restaurants. We loved being just steps away from the beach. When we arrived on the check in date, the cleaners did not arrive until 53 minutes before check-in, and was leaving at four minutes till we could go into our condo. Once we entered our condo we could not find parking passes after contacting rental owner we was able to obtain some that were put back just in case this happened. This was an easy fix. After moving all of our suitcases in, we went to head for the beach and noticed that one of the sliding doors would not lock. The lock was not working property owner stated that you would have to use a wooden chunk to breeze the door to where it did not open, also that evening once returning and everybody taking showers, the master bathroom, the shower did not drain so the whole time you’re taking a shower, you are standing in water also very dusty around the whole condo the shades bookcases nightstands. Everything had dust all over it I would suggest the property owner to visit this location to see how their condo is being cleaned, on day three we noticed a giant, orange, reddish yellow spider on the ceiling going down the staircase the condo is supposedly sprayed once a month bedsheets and comforters had long black/brown hairs Tangled up in the fibers. For the amount they charged for the week it definitely is not worth what we paid. I know the email stated to give 5 stars if you leave a review but I think an honest review is what people need! ##### Candace U.
