Shoreham Towers I - Oceanfront Condo, Beautiful Views

Shoreham Towers I is an exclusive, unique oceanfront building in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach.

We take great care and pleasure in maintaining and updating our five homes - Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) and Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696). We do not use an agency. Cleanliness is a top priority. Owner, Margaret Williams, would like to speak with all first time renters after the unit is booked and VRBO provides personal information.

This unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with many comforts and amenities of home. Furniture is kept in good condition and mattresses are top-quality. We provide departure cleaning and linens. Sleeping accommodations are king in master, queen in second, twins in the third. We have other units with king/queen/queen.

Few homeowners in the building rent, so the beachfront is not crowded like at the large resorts. The pool, patio and grilling areas are beautifully designed. Our condo offers the enjoyment of an oceanfront vacation with the comforts of home.

The home has four televisions, DVD, and complimentary Wi-Fi high speed internet access. There is ample on-site parking and a secured lobby. Grilling, picnic area, and bathrooms are poolside. Garbage chutes are on every floor.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. We are a NON-SMOKING condominium, and this policy applies to the balcony area as well. No pets, no motorcycles allowed on property. Only adults over 25 and families.

We absolutely loved this condo and ocean. The place has everything you need. Very Very Clean, with alot of personal touches, including mints, extra tooth brushes, q-tips, everything you need in the kitchen and laundry. Even the building and elevator were very clean. Smaller building that was not crowded. We have been coming to the area for 5 years, and this has been our favortie.

Everything was Perfect!

My family of 5 just returned to Chicago after staying a week in this condo. The location was great, nice and quiet, but close to everything you need. The beach was not crowded. The condo was immaculate, well stocked with everything you need, and the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Host/Margaret was excellent and easy to reach with any questions we had. The rental is exactly as advertised. The location was ideal for the golf courses and restaurants we played and ate at. The kitchen has all the necessities we required for home cooking. It is sufficiently roomy with plenty of seating, a great ocean view along with good cable and internet service. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Our landlord, Margaret, was quick to respond to any questions I had.

A Wonderful Vacation Stay

Our family has stayed at Shoreham Towers for several years for our yearly beach trip, and it never disappoints! The property was by far the most clean property I have ever stayed at. Lovely End of Summer Vacation

Margaret was a wonderful host. The unit was so accommodating and comfortable. It had so many amenities and available items to roll in and head straight to the beach. Beach access and outdoor amenities - spray off deck, pool, etc were excellent too. It was so close to the beach and we enjoyed every minute out there. Margaret was so gracious to check in on us after we arrived and answer all of our questions ahead of time. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen so we were able to cook meals for the week. We had the best stay and hope to return again in the future!
